Research Description
I study changes in soil microbial communities of arid environments, with an emphasis on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the Mojave Desert associating with the Eastern Joshua tree. I also collaborate on projects relating to mycology in Armenia through the non-profit organization, the International Congress of Armenian Mycologists.
